Launcher problems
Make sure the launcher points at a clean 5.41 build and that your antivirus isn't blocking it. Then restart the launcher and try again.
Windows SmartScreen warns about new apps that aren't widely downloaded yet. Click More info, then Run anyway. Only download the launcher from evofn.dev or the Discord.
Sign in with the same Discord account every time. If the browser window doesn't open, restart the launcher. If it keeps failing, open a ticket.
Items you buy, redeem or merge show up after you restart the game.
Account
Yes, in the launcher. You can change it once every 7 days.
Create a merge code on your other account. It lasts 30 seconds and works once. Your friend enters it, previews your locker and copies your cosmetics over.
Yes. Open Share V-Bucks on the launcher home screen, search their username and send from your own balance.
Open a ticket in the support server and explain what happened. Staff will look at it.
Shop and creators
Staff send you a one-time code in your ticket. Open the launcher, go to Settings, then Redeem, paste it and restart the game.
Hit one of the goals on the Creators page, then apply in the support server with proof that the profile is yours.
No. Evo is a fan-run community project and isn't affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Epic Games.
